Courses With Description

This course includes all 75 hours the State of Illinois requires in order to become eligible to take your Illinois State licensing exam. This course is broken into 2 parts:

• 60 Hour Topics course : Our topics course is given in a flexible format that has voluntary attendance, an at home study format, or a convenient online live class.   
• 15 Hour Applied Real Estate Principles course that requires Mandatory classroom attendance 

A proctored final exam is required for both of these courses with a minimum passing score of 75%. After successful completion of this course, students have up to two years to take the state exam. The state exam can be taken up to 4 times before having to repeat the course.

This course is the 15 hour mandatory interactive course that includes 15 out of the 75 hours required to be eligible to take your State Exam. In order to take this course, you must have successfully completed the 60 hour topics course.

This course is required for anyone who wants to manage a real estate office or who wants to become their own managing broker. In order to register for this course, you must have held an active Illinois Real Estate license for two of the last three years. This course is broken into two courses:

• 30 hour Managing Broker pre-license Topics (Home-Study or online)
• 15 hour Managing Broker pre-license Applied Management & Supervision (Interactive Classroom or Online Video Conference)
