This course is taken in two parts, a 60 hour Topics course and a 15 hour Applied Real Estate Principles course. This meets the Illinois state requirements.
This course is required by the state of Illinois for anyone who want to manage a real estate office or who wants to become their own managing broker.
The Online Course is an at-home program covering the first 60 hours of the Broker Pre-License course. You are also required to take in class room the 15-hour Applied Real Estate Principles course before you can take the state exam.
