Wanting to become a Real Estate Broker?

In the state of Illinois, it is required to complete a 75 hour Broker Pre-License Package and pass the Illinois State Broker Exam. The Broker Pre-License Package is taken in two parts:

• A 60-hour Topics Course : Our topics course is given in a flexible format that has voluntary attendance, an at home study format, or a convenient online live class.   
• A 15-hour Applied Real Estate Principles course: This 15 hour interactive course requires mandatory classroom. 

A final exam is required to pass each course, and the student must have a minimum passing score of 75%. After you pass each exam , the student has up to two years to take the State Exam. The State Exam can be taken four times before having to repeat the 75-hour course.
