You're in the right place! Illinois requires an active Illinois Real Estate Brokers License in order to practice Real Estate, in order to do that you must meet the below state requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Obtained a High School diploma or GED.
• Must complete the required 60 hour IL Broker Pre-License course, as well as the required 15 hour in person Applied Brokerage Principles course.
• Pass the written State License Exam.
